Lauren Francis is the Volunteer Coordinator for Mountain Health Network hospitals assisting with onboarding and training of new and current volunteers as well as working with the hospitals Auxiliary’s. Sara and her wife, Karri, along with their five children, call Ona, West Virginia home, where they can be found on the soccer field, at home enjoying family movie nights or engaged in a friendly, yet competitive, game of Fortnite. Sara holds a BBA from Hofstra University in marketing and finance and a MS from Marshall University in athletic administration. Prior to joining Mountain Health Network in July 2021, Sara served as the Director of Business Development for the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Central Ohio and West Virginia and also as the Assistant Director of Ticket Operations with the Marshall University Athletic Department. As the Hoops Family Children’s Hospital Partnership Coordinator, Sara is responsible for engaging local and national partners in their fundraising efforts in support of this collaboration. In April 2021, Hoops Family Children’s Hospital (HFCH), a MHN Center of Excellence, entered into a clinical affiliation with WVU Medicine Children’s, allowing HFCH to benefit from CMN fundraising under the umbrella of WVU Medicine Children’s. Bradley is the author of two books, Conquering Nonprofit Chaos and You Can Ask. Before coming Mountain Health, Bradley started and ran the consulting agency Burck Communications, where his specialty was helping nonprofits craft strategic development and marketing plans to maximize their fundraising efforts. Bradley serves as the Vice President for Corporate, Foundation and Donor Philanthropy for Mountain Health Network.
